Today I would like to share with you an interview with my personal Mindset and Confidence Coach Beata Podgorska.
I have been looking for a coach for a while before I have come across Beata’s profile on Facebook. While I was developing my blog, I have become more inclined to get a coach to help me unleash my potential. I have mind full of ideas but somewhat I am just not always confident to go ahead with it and end up pushing it aside.
Hence as part of my self-development process, I have come to understand that I will need a Mindset and Confidence Coach to help me on this journey. Still, I never bothered even looking for one- and to be honest I did not know where to look.
I believe in destiny- therefore when one day I was scrolling down my Facebook page I saw Beata’s business profile- I’ve heard the inner voice that told me to contact her. So I have sent her a message via her website and she had called me to briefly establish what I was looking for.
I have been coached by Beata for the last 2 months on 1:1 session via Zoom (as face to face was not possible during the Covid19 outbreak).
Despite a very short period of time that we have been working together, Beata was able to do an incredible amount of work with me and we already see many positive outcomes of it. I have reevaluated many areas of my life so we have worked on both personal and professional aspects as opposed to just one, although the main focus was my blogging business.

Let me introduce you to Beata Podgorska- Mindset and Confidence Coach.
Question 1:
Beata, can you please tell us a little bit about yourself and how did you get to become a Mindset and Confidence Coach?
Beata Podgorska:
I was born and grew up in post-communist Poland in 1980.
I was into art, music and psychology and I had big dreams for my future. And ever since I remember I always wanted to travel around the world. So, when I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at age 22 rather than staying In Poland and getting a job I decided to immigrate to the UK with my boyfriend at the time. Although I spoke good English, life in the UK was not a fairy tale I’ve imagined and over the years, I have steadily started resenting all the jobs which did not stimulate me or made me happy and I never got to experience the travelling I always dreamt off.
So, after heart-breaking split up from my fiancé, I was faced with needing to rewrite my future completely. I decided to take charge of my life and start making my dreams come true.
I moved to another city, enrolled on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Course, went travelling and since then my life has changed completely. The NLP tools I have learned during the course were powerful and helped me rebuild faith and confidence in myself. That’s when I have realised I found my purpose in life and could help other people transform their lives too. Very soon after graduating, I decided to open my coaching practice.
Question 2:
Many people do not understand what coaching is- In your own words, could you tell us what is coaching?
Beata Podgorska:
Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. The coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives.
Coaching ensures the client can give their best, learn, and develop in the way they wish.
Coaching builds awareness in a client and empowers choice and leads to change.
Question 3:
Who are your clients?
Beata Podgorska:
My clients are mainly women who have a lot to offer to the world, are very smart but due to life circumstances and maybe negative experiences or some underlying self – limiting believes have no real confidence in their own abilities.
We all have special gifts and talents in us, and we should be sharing them with the world but if neglected they diminish.
My clients very often put other people first and neglect their own needs of individuality and expression. This causes them great distress and imbalance in life. And all they need is to have a support system in the form of a Coach who can help them build faith and trust in themselves. Simply by stepping into their power and creating a tribe of people who support their dreams and vision they are now able to shift from a place of feeling stuck into a place of fulfilling their true life potential.
Question 4:
What benefits your coaching brings?
Beata Podgorska:
Coaching brings many amazing benefits, for example: finding clarity about your goals and desires which are truly aligned with your believes system and stepping into your own map of the world you truly desire rather than following what others expect of you. Coaching provides motivation, accountability, and driver for the client to be able to follow their dreams. The road to success is easier with someone reminding us how much we have achieved or just simply by helping us get back on track when we lost our way.
Nowadays, many famous people like athletes, politicians and public figures have several coaches they work with to focus on their goals alongside with nutritionists, yoga teachers etc.
I fully believe in a holistic approach:
“Heathy body + healthy mind = happy life”
In order to achieve the positive changes in person’s life very often If the client is struggling to focus and suffers from the mental fog and has some health symptoms making it impossible to make the changes we want I suggest to complement the positive mindset work we do with making changes to their diet by visiting a nutritionist if they complain about lack of energy or if they have any other symptoms they might need to see a doctor for it.
With time, good nutrition and mental support and commitment from the client the body and mind start to work in harmony and miracles start to happen.
I know from my own experience and experiences of my clients how something simple like an underlying inflammation or undiagnosed illness can cause a lot of pain, stress and lack of life force energy to even get out of bed while you are desperate for a positive change in your life but you feel stuck and don’t know where to ask for help.
Question 5:
What can our clients expect from sessions with you?
Beata Podgorska:
During coaching sessions with me we would design a personal plan for you where we focus on inner mindset work and getting rid of your self-sabotaging beliefs keeping you stuck and guilty over wanting fulfilling and balanced work-life. We would rediscover a positive more authentic version of yourself which in the process will transform you into a more confident person in business and personal life.
Question 6:
What type of sessions do you offer?
Beata Podgorska:
I offer:
- One to One Sessions hosted via Zoom or Skype – where I focus on creating a personal plan for my client to achieve their objectives.
- Group Coaching Sessions – are hosted online through Skype or Zoom in the comfort of your home. Group Coaching is designed on working together in small groups to achieve the confidence you seek while connecting deeply with people walking the same path. Sharing experiences and expertise in life and business will help you gain more clarity and will promote healthy feedback which you can use to scale your self-confidence and each group is made of people sharing the same goal. Being in a group offers a community, passive learning and most importantly, accountability and a support system to reach your personal targets in a quicker way.

How many sessions do you recommend?
Beata Podgorska:
From my experience Best results are seen just in 4- 6 weeks but very often my clients choose to continue longer if they have more goals, they want to work towards.
